Managing & Reporting Complaints

CIH is committed to providing a high-quality service to hospitals where we provide a volunteer service. However, we recognise that, from time to time, people may consider that the service they expected from us was lacking or was not provided to the standard expected.

You, as a volunteer, can make complaint by directly contacting the Volunteer Manager Elizabeth Morrin or Volunteer Coordinator Emma Barrett, or can formally complain per our Complaints Policy and Complaints Handling Procedure.
