Often families can end up in hospital unexpectedly. Parents and carers can often wait hours if not days with their child in hospital without the opportunity to go home or freshen up. Often they are so concerned for the child, that they forget to look after themselves.

At CIH, we donate self-care packs to hospitals nationwide, including basics such as a toothbrush & toothpaste, shower gel, compact hairbrush & mirror, washcloths and women’s hygiene products. Each pack can cost CIH anywhere between €5 – €7!
